Holy Basil can be a relaxing tea in many ways. The simpliest way to enjoy it as a tea would be to put the Holistic Extract in water.
A cool refreshing drink can be made by simple putting a 1/4 teaspoon of Rebel Herbs Holy Basil powder in 1 Liter of cool water, with 2 tablespoons of honey.
Or 1/8 teaspoon of Rebel Herbs Holy Basil powder in a standard tea pot filled with hot water (110 degrees fahrenheit) and serve ready to drink.
