Ginger is as safe an herb as there is and it is well know to help with nausea. Pregnant moms need to stay safe during preganancy and they often have bouts with nausea, but this will work for most, people (pregnant or not) for nausea.
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
4 tsp Rebel Herbs Ginger Holistic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
zest, 1 lemon
juice, 1/2 lemon
Add almonds to a food processor and process until it becomes a crumbled
consistency.
Add in dates, and protein powder then process until combined.
Add in sea salt, lemon zest and juice and continue processing until mixture comes together into one big sticky ball.
Divide in to 4ths and then divide each 4th into 4ths, then add 1/4 tsp of ginger extract to each piece and roll pieces into balls.
Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
