About the Event
With over 30 years experience as a naturopathic physician, Dr. Tori Hudson is one of the leading experts in women’s health and natural medicine. She graduated from NCNM in 1984, going on to serve as the school’s Medical Director and Academic Dean. She has also taught at Bastyr University and Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Hudson currently serves as medical director of her own integrative practice, A Woman’s Time, serving the general health care needs of women. Dr. Hudson also acts as Director of Research and Development at the supplement company Vitanica, producing natural formulas for women.
Dr. Hudson’s work in women’s health has been awarded with the President’s Award from AANP, the Naturopathic Physician of the Year award, and the Natural Products Association Pioneer Award. Dr. Hudson has served as a scientific and editorial consultant on a variety of boards, from the natural product industry to medical advisory panels. She has authored a variety of research articles, and her book, Women’s Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine is the leading resource in the field.
Dr. Juliette Sweet holds a Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine and Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Sciences from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She is the owner of SpiraVita Natural Health where she blends Naturopathic and Ayurvedic medicine for education, prevention and treatment. Dr. Sweet is the Director of Clinical Education for Rebel Herbs and is excited to make Ayurvedic medicine more accessible to all health care practitioners. She is also President of the New Mexico Association of Naturopathic Physicians and was actively involved in attaining licensure for Naturopathic Doctors in New Mexico in 2019.
