Our Herbal Supplements are manufactured using only raw materials from certified organic farms.

We use an ultra-modern extraction facility that is FDA inspected, ISO 9001 and cGMP certified.
It is a 300 liter superior in-house design, CO2 extraction plant. The extractors operate at high pressures of 5000 psi at very low extraction temperatures, leading to products that are pure, and closest to the raw herb in chemical profiles.

The Research and Developmental Laboratory is recognized by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR). They have an allotted area of 2500 SF just for research and development of new products and formulations. This laboratory is well equipped with Multiple HPLC with UV and PDA Detector, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer model with Graphite Furnace (GFA) & Hydride Vapor Generator (HVG), Gas Chromatography with dual column (Capillary and Packed) and FID detector, Calorimeter, Analytical Microbalances, Bulk Density Apparatus, Digital Karl Fischer Apparatus, Digital Viscometer, Digital Refractometer and Fume Hood etc.
The in-house Microbiology section is also well equipped with three testing areas having Biosafety Cabinets and Laminar Air Flow, separate Autoclave for media sterilization and discard, BOD incubators with different temp range. Laboratory is also equipped with other necessary instruments like digital microscope, centrifuge, shaking incubator, digital water bath, steam pot and colony counter etc.
The Laboratory is manned by highly qualified Analysts with experience in Product Analysis. These facilities are supported by Quality Control Department and independent Quality Assurance Department to monitor all the process is as per GMP and GLP.
