Bacopa Yogurt Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup herbal infusion of bacaopa, mint and ginger

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. For the herbal infusion: Boil 1 cup water. Turn off heat and add 1 tablespoon chopped bacopa, 1 tablespoon chopped mint, and 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger. Cover pot and let sit for 30 minutes, then strain.

  2. Combine herbal infusion with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into bowl and add toppings of choice.
