Moon Milk



  1. Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg; season to taste with pepper.

  2. Whisk vigorously to incorporate any clumps.

  3. Add ghee, reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in honey. Pour into a mug, drink warm, and hop right into bed.
