1 cup whole milk
½ teaspoon Rebel Herbs powdered cinnamon
½ teaspoon Rebel Herbs powdered turmeric
¼ teaspoon Rebel Herbs powdered ashwagandha
2 pinches ground cardamom
Pinch of Rebel Herbs powdered ginger
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon honey
Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg; season to taste with pepper.
Whisk vigorously to incorporate any clumps.
Add ghee, reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in honey. Pour into a mug, drink warm, and hop right into bed.
