A type of asparagus, shatavari is an important plant in Ayurveda and has been used for thousands of years. It is one of the most powerful rejuvenating herbs in Ayurveda and is considered a reproductive tonic for both men and women.
Known as an aphrodisiac and energy tonic it is a perfect addition to a morning drink or smoothie. It is sometimes combined with Ashwagandha holistic extract to enhance the effects.
