Natural Glow Face Mask
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon honey
1 ½ teaspoon Rebel Herbs amla powder
1 teaspoon warm water
Directions:
Mix ingredients together to form liquid paste.
Gently apply to face.
Let it set for 20-30 minutes.
To remove, use warm, wet washcloth.
Pineapple Coconut Smoothie with Amla Powder
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
½ cup coconut milk
⅓ cup silken tofu
1 teaspoon Rebel Herbs amla powder
5 ice cubes (to taste)
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
